Villa Kipiadi open platforms

The architectural plan idea of villa Kipiadi as described is composed by 4 circular platforms of different sizes and synthesis.

The first platform from the right includes a storage space on the top of an underground cistern of about 70 cubic meters capacity.

The second platform is intended for recreational purpose (table tennis, a hammock, athletic gears etc.)

The introverted sunken circular seating can accommodate about 8-10 people. In the middle, a controllable firewood of bioethanol can transform the space aesthetical into pleasant lace day and night. The seating is been studied as a composite construction by coated concrete, gravel wall, wood and stabilized physical floor.

  The sunbed is part of the general planning in the location of the relaxation areas which been spotted at the natural clearings that already exist.

The design of it has been studied with the reasoning that the usual desire to have the sun in front of us for maximum result. This fact make us to follow the solar orbit. Therefore, the photorealistic designs simulates the solar orbit of an ordinary summer day on July having given to the program data according to the geographical area (longitude – latitude) of the plot. In addition, shading can be seen because of the trajectory during the day 12 p.m., 2 p.m. – and 6 a.m.

The seats are characterized by mobility, freeing up extra seating areas possibly with cushions. The sunbeds aesthetically would be ideal to be custom-made. The place has been studied of how to be lighted at night with waterproof charging sockets for mobile phones or laptops. The shading will suspended from galvanized stainless steel pipes with a dense shading cloth.
